August 8, 2010 - Farewell Reception for Yoon
The Chancel Choir will be holding a farewell reception for Yoon and her family during the Sunday School hour on August 8th.

August 9, 2010 - Pediatric CPR and First Aid Course

Low country boil Thank You Dinner for all Food For The Soul Soup Kitchen volunteers. Monday, Aug. 30th at 6:30 pm at RHUMC. Please RSVP by Aug. 23rd. Call 756-2190 for more info.
July 29th, 2010 - Visitation Team Meeting
There will be a visitation team meeting on July 29th at 6:30 pm in Rev. Jonathan Fuller's office. All are welcome. Bring your ideas.

Christian love and sympathy are extended to Lisa Lyle and family in the recent loss of her mother.

- Way Station - Overwhelmed
The Way Station has been overwhelmed by needy folks. Many people have run out of unemployment and are now turning to us for help. We are in need of ANY donations. We have given out most of what has been donated to us and are currently using our budget to purchase food from the Food Bank. Donated items ideas are canned goods such as vegetables, canned meats, canned soups, canned fruits, fruit juice in the jugs or concentrate, cereals, pastas, tuna helper, hamburger helper, etc. Donations can be dropped of EACH THURSDAY between 9am and noon at the Way Station which is the little building on the back of the church property. Remember, no donation is too small. God bless you.

Every Sunday - The Next Chapter
Come join our new young adult Sunday school class named The Next Chapter. This class will be for anyone who has finished High School through age 24. The class will be led by our new youth minister, Jack Caldwell. We will be meeting in Jack’s office be-side the youth room at 10 a.m. We are excited to start the class and we would love for you to come!

PLEASE DO NOT leave items on the porch of the station.
Bring donations on Thursdays when we are open from
9:00 til noon. Be sure your items are seasonal, clean, and
in good repair. Please, no renovation leftovers (light fixtures,
etc.) We don’t have room. Thank you for your continued
