Richmond Hill UMC is a community of believers seeking to grow together in Christ, and seeking to live our faith through our service to our community, missions both home and abroad, and in worship and study. We hope you will come and join us as we seek to glorify our Lord and share His grace.

Our next Lenten lunch will be this Wednesday, March 3rd at 12:10 pm in the Gill. The speaker will be District Superintendent Rev. Marshall Howell. The topic will be The Heart of Forgiveness. Click here to view the Lenten 12:10 schedule or call the office at 912-756-2190 for more details.

Lent is the period of 40 days proceeding Good Friday during which the church traditionally prepared itself through prayer, fasting, and self-denial. Lent was also a time of instruction as youth and adults who desired to profess through their belief in Jesus Christ were instructed in the faith, and prepared for baptism.
At RHUMC, we celebrate the season of Lent as we prepare ourselves for Holy Week through Confirmation class for youth, special Bible study focusing on spiritual growth, and coming together on Wednesdays for Lenten lunches that serve as encouragement during this season. Please join us during Lent as we prepare for Easter and joy, hope and celebration that comes from knowing our Lord.
